We have experienced installation teams for overseas projects. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers for on-site debugging and staff training. For racking systems, we can provide full installation or dispatch engineers to guide your local team.
What is the manufacturing lead time?
For normal orders, we guarantee production within 20 to 30 days. As a direct manufacturer, we ensure delivery times strictly according to the formal contract.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The typical MOQ is one 20ft container, though we offer better pricing for larger quantities.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit).
