What are your installation and debugging services?
We provide experienced installation teams for overseas projects. For shuttle systems, engineers are sent for on-site debugging and training. For racking systems, we can provide full installation or engineering guidance.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container, though we can accommodate smaller requests depending on the specific product requirements.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).
How long is the typical manufacturing lead time?
For normal orders, we promise a production time of 20-30 days, ensured by formal contract terms.
