For normal orders, we promise production within 20-30 days. As a direct factory, we ensure delivery times strictly according to the formal contract.
Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have experienced installation teams for overseas projects. We send engineers to sites for debugging and staff training. We have completed numerous projects across Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container. However, larger quantities are eligible for better pricing tiers.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).
