3. What installation and debugging services do you provide?
We have experienced installation teams for overseas projects. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers for on-site debugging and training. For racking systems, we can provide full installation or appoint engineers to guide your local team. We have successfully completed projects across Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.
4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container. However, we offer competitive pricing for larger volume orders.
5. What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).
6. What is your standard manufacturing lead time?
For normal orders, we commit to a production timeframe of 20-30 days, ensuring delivery times are met according to the formal contract.
