For normal orders, we promise to produce and complete the order within 20-30 days. As a direct manufacturer, we can ensure the delivery time according to the formal contract.
5. What installation and debugging services do you provide?
We have installation teams with rich overseas experience. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers to the site for debugging and training. For racking systems, we can install with our own teams or appoint engineers to guide the operation. We have completed many projects in Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.
6. What are the MOQ and payment terms?
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is normally one 20ft container, though larger quantities come with better pricing. Payment terms accepted are T/T or LC.
