A: Yes, we have installation teams with extensive overseas experience. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers to the site for debugging and training. For racking systems, we can either use our own teams or appoint engineers to guide your operation. We have successfully completed projects across Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container. However, we offer more competitive pricing for larger quantities.
Q: What are your accepted payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) for all professional orders.
Q: How do you handle delivery and manufacturing times?
A: For normal orders, we promise production within 20-30 days. As a direct manufacturer, we ensure delivery times strictly follow the formal contract terms.
