The bearing capacity for our cable storing racks typically ranges from 500kg to 1000kg per level, depending on your specific requirements.
Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have installation teams with extensive overseas experience. We can send engineers to your site for debugging and staff training for automated systems or provide guidance for racking installations.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container. However, larger quantities often qualify for better pricing.
What are your payment terms and delivery times?
We accept T/T or LC. For standard orders, our manufacturing lead time is approximately 20-30 days, as ensured by our formal contracts.
What makes your R&D department unique?
We have more than 40 mechanical, electrical, and software engineers and hold over 60 national patents. We independently develop our own WMS and WCS systems to ensure seamless integration.
