Are you a distributor or manufacturer?
We are a professional and leading manufacturer for nearly 20 years. We produce and export high quality pallet racking, Multi shuttle systems, Radio shuttle racking, and ASRS, which have a very high reputation among our customers. Our annual production capacity is 100,000 tons of rack components and 1,000 units of shuttle cars.

We have more than 40 mechanical, electrical, and software engineers. We always attach great importance to product innovation and R&D. We not only have our own research and development team, but also cooperate with well-known domestic research institutes to continuously enhance the technical strength of the enterprise. We have independently developed our WMS and WCS systems and hold more than 60 national patents.

What are your service standards and response times?

What is your production and manufacturing lead time?
For normal orders, we promise to produce and complete within 20 to 30 days. As a manufacturer, we can fully assure the delivery time according to the formal contract.

What installation and debugging services do you offer?
We have installation teams with rich overseas experience. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers to the site for debugging and training. For racking systems, we can install using our own teams or appoint engineers to guide the operations. We have successfully completed many projects in Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and accepted payment terms?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container, though larger quantities come with better pricing. Our accepted payment terms are T/T or L/C.
