We are a professional and leading manufacturer for nearly 20 years. We produce and export high-quality pallet racking, multi-shuttle systems, radio shuttle racking, and ASRS. Our annual production capacity is 100,000 tons of rack components and 1,000 units of shuttle cars.
2. What makes your company different from others?
We have over 40 mechanical, electrical, and software engineers focusing on product innovation and R&D. We maintain over 60 national patents and have developed our own WMS and WCS systems. Additionally, we provide rapid 24-hour quote responses and strictly adhere to delivery schedules.
3. What is the manufacturing lead time for orders?
For normal orders, we promise production within 20-30 days. As a direct manufacturer, we ensure delivery times according to the formal contract.
4. Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have installation teams with extensive overseas experience. We send engineers for site debugging and training for radio shuttle cars, and can either provide full installation teams or guiding engineers for racking systems.
5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is one 20ft container; however, larger quantities are eligible for better pricing.
6. What are the accepted payment methods?
We primarily accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).
