3. What is the typical lead time for manufacturing?
For normal orders, we promise to produce within 20-30 days. As a factory, we can ensure the delivery time is met according to the formal contract.
4. Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have installation teams with rich overseas experience. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers to the site for debugging and training. For racking systems, we can either use our own installation teams or appoint engineers to guide the operation. We have completed many projects in Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.
5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container, though larger quantities come with more competitive pricing.
6. What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).
