Do you offer installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have installation teams with extensive overseas experience. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers to the site for debugging and training. For racking systems, we can provide full installation or appoint engineers to guide your local team. We have completed many projects in Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container. However, we offer competitive pricing for larger quantities.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We primarily accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).
