What is your typical manufacturing lead time?
For normal orders, we promise a production timeframe of 20-30 days. As a direct manufacturer, we ensure delivery times are met according to the formal contract.
Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have installation teams with extensive overseas experience. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers to the site for debugging and training. For racking systems, we can provide full installation teams or appoint engineers to guide your operation.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container. However, larger quantities are eligible for more competitive pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard international payment terms, specifically T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).
