3. What is the typical lead time for orders?
For normal orders, we promise a production time within 20-30 days. As a direct manufacturer, we ensure delivery times are met according to the formal contract.
4. Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have experienced installation teams for overseas projects. For automated systems like radio shuttle cars, we send engineers to the site for debugging and staff training. We have successfully completed projects across Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.
5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container. However, we offer competitive pricing for larger quantities.
6. What are the accepted payment terms?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit) for our transactions.
