EBILTECH Mini-Load Shuttle Car Shuttle Mover for ASRS for Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems

Product Description

Multi shuttle system Overview System Illustration
ℹ️

The Multi shuttle system is an automated shuttle system designed for the storage of small loads. It is ideal for applications where high throughput and excellent availability are critical, particularly in Retail & E-commerce for tasks such as returns handling, replenishment, or buffer for order consolidation.

The system offers double to quadruple deep storage of totes, trays, and cartons. It is also highly suitable for chilled storage environments. To optimize space and reduce aisles, the system can be constructed up to 150m in length and 25m in height.

Storage Capacity
⚡ Key Performance Features
🚀
  • Exceptionally High Throughput Rates: Utilizes Dual Cycle, Drive Through, and Tandem lift configurations combined with high-speed shuttles and intelligent controls.
  • High-Density Storage: Intelligent multi-depth storage for varying size cartons ensures outstanding space utilization in ambient, chilled, or freezer environments.
  • Modular and Flexible: Adapts to building configurations, including existing facilities with lower ceilings. Shuttles can be added as throughput needs grow.
  • Efficient and Reliable: Operates in a "lights-out" environment, ensuring easy maintenance and maximum uptime.
Multi Shuttle Hardware Roller Conveyors
📦 Roller Conveyors for Boxes, Totes and Bins

This system increases manipulation speed between areas with low maintenance requirements. Distances within an installation are covered by various transport devices, meeting high functionality and frequency requirements. Mechanical or optical detection devices allow boxes to be moved under controlled conditions to precise positions.

Goods to person station Shuttle Track
👤 Goods to Person Workflow
  1. Inventory is received at decanting workstations where operators scan and transfer items into inventory totes.
  2. Totes are conveyed and automatically stored in the high-density buffer.
  3. When needed, totes are retrieved and directed to picking stations.
  4. Graphical instructions direct operators to pick required items into order containers.
  5. Complete order containers are automatically routed to the packing area.
  6. Inventory totes return to the storage buffer.

The system consists of a racking structure with an integrated shuttle track system. Multidirectional microshuttles transport product bins between storage locations and stations for picking and replenishment. Built-in lifts allow movement between rack levels. Software controls shuttle traffic to maximize throughput and minimize lead times via a user-friendly real-time interface.

💡 Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are you a distributor or a manufacturer?
We are a professional and leading manufacturer with nearly 20 years of experience. We produce and export high-quality pallet racking, multi-shuttle systems, radio shuttle racking, and ASRS. Our annual production capacity reaches 100,000 tons of rack components and 1,000 shuttle units.
2. What differentiates your systems from others?
Our core strength lies in R&D, with over 40 mechanical, electrical, and software engineers. We hold over 60 national patents and have developed our own independent WMS (Warehouse Management System) and WCS (Warehouse Control System). We prioritize product innovation and technical strength.
3. What is the typical lead time for an order?
For normal orders, we commit to a production timeframe of 20-30 days. As a direct manufacturer, we ensure delivery times are met according to the formal contract agreements.
4. Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have installation teams with extensive overseas experience. For shuttle systems, we dispatch engineers to the site for debugging and staff training. We have successfully completed projects across Southeast Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is typically one 20ft container. However, larger quantities are eligible for volume-based pricing advantages.
6. What are your standard payment terms?
We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit) for system orders.
